The Luno Card must be activated before usage, just like any other debit card. You may either call your local support number directly from the Card Settings > Call Support menu option in the Lono Login Card app, or you can activate your Luno Card directly from the app. Your activation code was sent to you through the mail using Luno Exchange.

To check if your card has been frozen, open the Luno Card app, choose "Settings," and then disable the "Freeze card" slider.
